In a trending video online, a man dramatically proposed to his woman after staging his being punished by some soldiers.
During course of the incident, his woman arrived the scene, and interfered, reportedly asking what he did, after some minutes, he got on one knee and surprised his girlfriend with the Proposal.
It can be heard from the 1:38 minutes video that a soldier told the man to put his hands up.
