An accident reportedly took place this morning in Lagos. The tragic incident was said to occur at about 10:43 am this morning.
Several frantic calls were made by concerned Lagosians through the toll-free emergency line 112 about a fallen container that trapped several vehicles on Ikorodu road by Palmgrove B/S.
This reportedly prompted the immediate activation of the LASEMA Response Unit team to the incident scene. After several hours of rescue efforts by the team they succeeded in rescuing everyone alive.
Tragedy was averted today thanks to the LASEMA Response Unit team and other responding agencies.
