WTF!! Man Successfully Undergoes Surgery To Transform Himself To A Dog ( Photos )

I can't just think well because this world is turning to something else. Wonder shall never end!! what would make a man to transform himself to a dog? This is the question  bothering me right now. A British man, James Carlton spent a thousands of euros to transform into a dog.
The westerners are fond of experiment but this is completely out of line. A man risking his life under knife and also spending his money to transform to animal.

While there has been lots of criticism on transgender surgeries, a bigger one has surfaced, and within a short while, people will emulate.
