Jude Okoye reacts to Politicians hailing Wizkid And Davido’s over MOBO Awards win

Nigerian Superstars, Davido and Wizkid last month, copped awards at the annual mobo awards for Best African act and Best International act respectively, with Wizkid beating the likes of America’s JayZ and canadian rapper Drake to win the award.


We reported that some politicians congratulated Davido and Wizkid, most notably – Ben Murray Bruce and Ex-President Goodluck Jonathan.

Music executive, Jude Okoye, was however not impressed while reacting to this report which he said was made all because 2019 is just by the corner, he wrote;

Why all these political figures identifying with Wizzy and OBO suddenly? Oh yeah, 2019 fast approaching
