This is Why Wizkid missed Soundcity MVP Awards 2017

A lot of things went down Friday night at the second edition of the annual Soundcity MVP awards, but One of the notable faces missing at the ceremony which was held at Eko Hotel and Suites, Lagos, was Nigerian superstar Wizkid.

Wiz, was at the debut edition last year, but he had to be in London to support a colleague, Ycee, who had his concert that night too.

While his new bestfriend, Davido, dominated the awards ceremony, Wizkid bagged the award for Digital Artiste of the year at the Soundcity MVP Award.

His former Label mate, Maleek Berry also copped two awards for Best new Artiste and Best pop.
