Kemi Adekoya, a four-time Asian Games gold medallist and 2016 world indoor 400m champion, has tested positive for an anabolic steroid.
The 25-year old Nigerian who presently represents Bahrain,accoridng to the Athletics Integrity Unit, has been provisionally suspended after she tested positive for the banned substance stanozolol.
