The Ghana police command has rearrested a Nigerian kidnapper, Samuel Udoetuk-Wills who escaped from the custody of the Takoradi Metropolitan Police Command in Ghana on 30th December.
Udoetuk was remanded in prison for kidnapping. He was recaptured in the wee hours of Friday by three policemen in an abandoned building at Kanssawurodu, near Takoradi. .
