Buhari why do you look like blood? – Uche Secondus asks

Uche Secondus the National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), has asked President Muhammadu Buhari why he looks like blood.

Secondus asked the question at an emergency meeting of the party’s National Executive Committee (NEC), on Tuesday. This is in response to Buhari’s threat which says that;
