The Kaduna State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has talked about El Rufai and co working on getting mercenaries from other countries to upset the peace of the upcoming elections in February, “hence justifying the boast by the Governor of winning election by 1:00pm and that his re-election is a done deal.”
