Uche Secondus, the National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, is of the opinion that Nigeria may not witness an election in 2023.
According to Secondus, this will happen should the ‘military continues in its habit of getting involved in elections as they were involved during the February 23 presidential and National Assembly elections.’
