Beatrice Acen, a 35-year-old Ugandan woman is on the run after hacking off her husband’s penis for withholding her conjugal rights. Her husband had refused to have sex with her as punishment for heavy drinking.
Beatrice returned home drunk at 10pm on June 30 and proceeded to demand sex from her husband, Moses Okot, a 46-year-old peasant farmer.
